ASEA has a number of student chapters.  Each chapter elects its own officers from among the student members and also has a faculty advisor.  Some student chapters have as few as five or six members while other have up to sixty members.  The ASEA Education fund provides scholarships to deserving student members on an annual basis.  Once per month, the officers of each club are invited to a meeting in Pasadena where the chapter representatives interact and upcoming events are discussed.  The current student chapters are as follows:

 Alhambra High School
 v California High School
 v Chaffey College
 v Citrus College
 v Don Bosco Technical Institute
 Glendale College
 v Mount San Antonio College
 v Rio Hondo College
 v San Gabriel High School

For a variety of reasons, some student chapters that have been active in the past are no longer active.  In some cases, the architecture or engineering program was cancelled at the college.  In other cases, the interest in the program waned, either at the student level or at the faculty level.  In any event, if you are interested in participating in ASEA, whether your college has had a chapter in the past or not, we encourage you to contact us.  The exposure to other students and the interaction with professional members is invaluable.  We look forward to hearing from you.
